I have a handful of books that are on my guilty 're-reading until book spine is all bent and messed up' list. To celebrate Penguin Classics Dimaond Anniversary, six designers were asked to design a cover of their favourite Penguin Classic. Of which three are on the aforementioned 'fail-safe' reading list but alas already, the limited run of 1000 has already sold out for all of them. That's quite possibly a good thing since right now splurging £100 on a perspex case-clad limited edition book is really not high on the necessity list.
