In this month's i-D, I found the coolest images in the whole issue, and incidentally, they were both of people who were the oldest. And I sincerely mean those superlatives. There's Jimmy Savile (to the rest of the world, he'll probably draw a question mark, to Uk people, he's a legend) dressed head to toe in Cassette Playa, a label that people like to immediately associate the now getting ubiquitous category 'nu-rave' with (he's pictured here with the designer of Cassette Playa, Carrie Mundane) and pulling everything off with cheek. Then there's Vivienne Westwood dressed in a bum skimming cape with gams to rival many a women 30 years younger than her (the interview with her makes this a must-buy issue). Sir James Wilson Vincent Savile and Dame Vivienne Westwood - I salute you both!
