Apologies for the lack of substantial posting but I have some juicy spurts coming along that should restore faith. Or not. Who knows? You'll be the judge of that. So the sample sale season has sort of rolled in. No news yet of anything good that I can put on the sidebar but it was the Giles Deacon sample sale yesterday (one of those ones I can't really shout about alas...) and I bagged myself a £40 bargain in the form of these show Giles x Gina Couture shoes from the A/W08 show and even more brilliantly illustrated in the British Vogue December 2008 Unbelievable Fashion Nick Knight shoot to the left.
These are to be my foot weight lifting excercise shoes as the heels are stonkingly heavy with metal bolt type things embellished with Swarvoski crystals. I've always thought that women throwing their shoes at men in a screeching rage, is a pointless act on most accounts seeing as the shoes being thrown are usually flimsy affairs that only serve to accentuate the feebleness of an angered woman and her shoe-throwing hissy fit. Throw these stonkers though and you might go down for manslaughter. Tis' a good thing I don't have much rage to vent.
