>> How can you not love a guy who's called Heaven, who also happens to be an expert jewellery designer as well. The Antwerp-based Heaven Tanudiredja continually fascinates me and whilst I didn't manage to make it to his showroom, seeing his S/S10 lookbook images are quite sufficient. I'm really excited by the fact that he has decided to forge ahead and concentrate on his jewellery work given that he now has a pretty impressive list of stockists though if Heaven does develop his line to include womens and menswear, I wouldn't be all that surprised either.
Heaven always seems to arrange his gems and stones in a way that seems natural and not at all forced and in the same way that Lanvin jewellery always seems instantly wearable with the addition of some grosgrain ribbon or some other soft fixtures, Heaven's jewellery also has that instant "I want to laden my neck with a piece" appeal. For S/S 10 he delves into crysanthemums and bird cages that form these discs of pure prettiness that are then arranged into larger statement pieces with a shell-like motif forming bulbous structures in the necklaces.

The tattered ribbon is really cool. Does that mean that you can wear these pieces Susie, because they won't bring out hives or rashes touching your skin? I made myself a necklace with ribbon instead of chain a few months back, but it certainly isn't close to being as nice as these!

i am sure there is a lot of craftsmanship involved so one can only appreciate them. I'd wear them with a simple nude colored dress so tat they stand out more.

He is a liar and a thief, he took the money from my shop and never delivered the order and disappeared from email. He also lies about alot of shops selling his goods, at the time he told me a list of amazing shops that sold his jewelry, and when I checked with the shop buyers, they never even heard of him.
