>> This blog lately just seems to be full of apologies. I'm giving myself the 'It's Auuuuuugust!' excuse though and leaving it be. I will be completely chocker block with travelling over the next month or so. You'll start seeing some dark shades of tiredness circling my face. I may even begin to loathe packing and you're talking to the person who loves a good packing sesh... rolling t-shirts, skirts and cramming them in. Once I get some wheels and a trolley pull on this new Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair acquisition, I'll be set for the month+ cycle of monotonous security checks and immigration asking "You SURE this passport is yours?" (due for a new one soon fortunately...)
Whilst Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair's new A/W 10-11 collection had just dropped into store when I was there last week, I knew I was going to be honing into the S/S 10 Liberty prints that had so pervaded my head when I a) got a pair of Liberty print Clarks boots that had used the same print and b) discovered that head to toe in the stuff isn't such a far off apparition given that more and more pieces have been creeping in, perhaps not directly from Liberty themselves but through the many collaborations they do.
Anyhow...along with the case, the shoes which are the wedged up version of my Clarks boots also came back with me in order to fulfill what is an inevitable onslaught of ditzy florals and paisley swirls...
